Educationlinked.com is a site that is owned and managed by Mahajan Associates, Pune, India.
It is a website that enables students and academicians to contact current students and
professors in their field of interest, for current students to search for job opportunities
and for institutions to find suitable candidates for their needs.
The services offered by Mahajan Associates ("Mahajan Associates" or "we") include the
Educationlinked.com website (the " Educationlinked.com Website"), and any other features,
content, or applications offered from time to time by Mahajan Associates in connection with
the Educationlinked.com Website (collectively, the " Mahajan Associates Services").
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use
of the Mahajan Associates Services. By using the Mahajan Associates Services, you agree to
be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse
the Educationlinked.com Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered
with Educationlinked.com). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only
authorized to use the Mahajan Associates Services (regardless of whether your access or use
is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read
this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the
Educationlinked.com Website and discontinue use of the Mahajan Associates Services immediately.
If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the Mahajan
Associates Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the
Registration process.
This Agreement includes Mahajan Associates policy for acceptable use of the Mahajan Associates
Services and Content posted on the Educationlinked.com Website, your rights, obligations and
restrictions regarding your use of the Mahajan Associates Services and Educationlinked.com's
Privacy Policy. In order to participate in certain Mahajan Associates Services, you may be
notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional
terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions
applicable to the Mahajan Associates Services in which you choose to participate, those
additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. You may receive a copy of this
Agreement by emailing us at: info@Educationlinked.com, Subject: Terms of Use Agreement.
Mahajan Associates may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be
effective upon posting by Mahajan Associates on the Educationlinked.com Website. You agree
to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Mahajan Associates Services
after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this
Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
Mahajan Associates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or
remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate
your access to all or any part of the Mahajan Associates Services at any time, for any or no
reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Mahajan Associates expressly
reserves the right to remove your profile and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access
to any part of Mahajan Associates Services if Mahajan Associates determines, in its sole
discretion, that you pose a threat to Educationlinked.com and/or its Users.
1. Eligibility.
Use of and Membership in the Mahajan Associates Services is void where prohibited. By using
the Mahajan Associates Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration
information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such
information; (c) you are 13 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Mahajan Associates
Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and
your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 13 years
of age.
2. Term.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Mahajan Associates
Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by
following the instructions on the Settings page. Mahajan Associates may terminate your
Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement
will remain in effect.
3. Fees.
You acknowledge that Mahajan Associates reserves the right to charge for the Mahajan Associates
Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If Mahajan Associates
terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled
to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
4. Password.
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are
entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to
use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your
password to any third party. You agree to notify Educationlinked.com immediately if you
suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely
responsible for any and all use of your account.
5. Non-commercial Use by Members.
The Mahajan Associates Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used
in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or
approved by Mahajan Associates. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Mahajan Associates
Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or
other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or
linking to the Educationlinked.com Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements,
affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without
notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will
be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Mahajan Associates Services.
6. Proprietary Rights in Content on Educationlinked.com.
a. Mahajan Associates does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images,
photos, papers, books, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other
materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the Mahajan Associates Services, except
for the material for which ownership is transferred from the user to Mahajan Associates,
agreed upon by the user and Mahajan Associates. After posting your Content to the Mahajan
Associates Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you
continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or
publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Mahajan Associates Services, you hereby
grant to Mahajan Associates a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly
display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Mahajan Associates
Services. The license you grant to Mahajan Associates is non-exclusive, unless otherwise
specified, (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to
Mahajan Associates), fully-paid and royalty-free, unless otherwise specified (meaning that
Mahajan Associates is not required to pay you for the use on the Mahajan Associates Services
of the Content that you post), sublicensable (so that Mahajan Associates is able to use its
affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the
Mahajan Associates Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Mahajan Associates
Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your
Content from the Mahajan Associates Services. The license does not grant Mahajan Associates
the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant Mahajan Associates the right to
distribute your Content outside of the Mahajan Associates Services, unless otherwise
specified while posting the content.
b. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through
the Mahajan Associates Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth
in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Mahajan Associates
Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights
or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other
monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the Mahajan
Associates Services.
c. The Mahajan Associates Services contain Content of Educationlinked.com
("Educationlinked.com Content"). Educationlinked.com Content is protected by copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Mahajan Associates owns and retains
all rights in the Educationlinked.com Content and the Mahajan Associates Services. Mahajan
Associates hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce
and display the Educationlinked.com Content (excluding any software code) solely for your
personal use in connection with viewing the Educationlinked.com Website and using the Mahajan
Associates Services.
d. The Mahajan Associates Services contain Content of Users and other Educationlinked.com
licensors. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish,
broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or
through the Mahajan Associates Services.
7. Content Posted.
a. Mahajan Associates may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Mahajan
Associates violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights,
harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Mahajan Associates assumes no responsibility for
monitoring the Mahajan Associates Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any
time Mahajan Associates chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Mahajan Associates
Services, Mahajan Associates nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no
obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the
conduct of the User submitting any such Content.
b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the
Mahajan Associates Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other
Members and for your interactions with other Users. Mahajan Associates does not endorse and
has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by Mahajan Associates
prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Mahajan
Associates. Mahajan Associates makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or
to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you
transmit to other Members.
8. Content/Activity Prohibited.
The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post
on or through the Mahajan Associates Services. Mahajan Associates reserves the right to
investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Mahajan Associates sole
discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending
communication from the Mahajan Associates Services and terminating the Membership of such
violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole
discretion of Mahajan Associates:
a. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any
kind against any group or individual;
b. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
c. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
d. contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an
adult website;
e. solicits personal information from anyone under 13;
f. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal
activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
g. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such
as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, or providing information to
circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices.
h. involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass
mailing, "spimming," or "spamming";
i. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional
information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal
weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
j. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful
purposes from other Users;
k. involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such
as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the
Educationlinked.com Website and through your use of the Mahajan Associates Services. Mahajan
Associates reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone
who, in Mahajan Associates sole discretion, violates this provision, including without
limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but
is not limited to:
1. criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in
obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending
of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of
trade secrets;
2. advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or
services through the Mahajan Associates Services unless agreed upon by Educationlinked.com.
You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. It is also a violation
of these rules to use any information obtained from the Mahajan Associates Services in order
to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent
and agreement. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation,
Educationlinked.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may
send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which Educationlinked.com deems
appropriate in its sole discretion.
3. any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send
comments or messages;
4. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Mahajan Associates
Services or the networks or services connected to the Mahajan Associates Services;
5. attempting to impersonate another Member or person;
6. using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing
your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
7. selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
8. using any information obtained from the Mahajan Associates Services in order to
harass, abuse, or harm another person;
9. using the Mahajan Associates Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all
applicable laws and regulations.
9. General Submission, Use Restrictions & Job Postings
All information, documents and Services provided on this Site, including trademarks,
logos, graphics and images (the "Materials") are provided to you by Mahajan Associates
Services. Except as expressly stated herein, you acknowledge that you have no right,
title or interest in or to the Materials on any legal basis.
You are prohibited from taking any action to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the
security and access control provisions of the Site and the Services. Such prohibited
conduct includes, without limitation, any efforts to (a) log in to an account with a
password not assigned to you, (b) access personally identifiable information not
intended for you, (c) test the security measures on the Site and/or attempt to identify
system vulnerabilities, (d) impersonate any other user of the Site and/or the Services
or forge any of the header information in any posting or tamper with the TCP/IP packet
header, (e) modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt or
allow others to attempt to discover the underlying computer code for the Site and/or
the Services, or (f) overwhelm or disable the Site or the Services or interfere with
the access and use of the Site and/or the Services by any other user. If Mahajan
Associates becomes aware of any of the foregoing activities, Mahajan Associates
Services may investigate and may respond, and when appropriate, Mahajan Associates
may work with law enforcement authorities in such investigations and for the purpose
of prosecuting offenders. Your continued use of the Site and the Services is expressly
conditioned on your compliance with the preceding prohibitions and with the obligations
and restrictions. Without limiting the generality of foregoing, you acknowledge that
Mahajan Associates expressly prohibits and you agree not to:
• Provide any false or misleading information about your identity or employment
information provided by you to Mahajan Associates in relation to your use of or
access to the Site and/or Services;
• Post any false or inaccurate Submissions (defined below) or information;
• Use the Services and/or the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation,
including, without limitation, the infringement of any copyright, trademark, trade
secret or other intellectual property right of others, or violate the privacy or
publicity rights of any other person.
• Post any Submissions or information that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory,
hateful, obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, stalk, or otherwise subject any other user of the Site and/or Services
to unwanted and/or inappropriate contact.
• Post any position or business opportunity which requires payment from the
applicant or requires recruitment of other individuals, sub-distributors or sub-agents
such as a multilevel marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, franchise or distributorship
arrangement.
• Send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or sending
unsolicited faxes and/or advertise any products or services by directly posting
within the Services or by making unsolicited contact with any user via email, telephone,
postal mail, or any other method of communication.
• Make any changes, additions and/or deletions to any Submissions posted by any user
with out the express written authorization of such other user.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on
Site's infrastructure.
• Include any hyperlinks or any misleading, irrelevant and/or hidden keywords in any
Submissions posted by you.
• Frame or link to the Site of any of the content or information available from the
Site unless Mahajan Associates expressly consents to such linking and/or framing.
• Intentionally expose the Site and/or Service to any computer virus or any other
program or code intended to disrupt or disable to operations of the Site and/or Service;
• Use any robot, spider or other program or device to retrieve or index any portion
of the EducationLinked Site;
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about other users for any purpose other
than use of the Site and/or Services as expressly permitted herein.
The foregoing list of prohibitions is illustrative and is not intended to be complete
or exclusive. Mahajan Associates reserves the right to terminate our relationship with
you under these Terms and prohibit your access to the Site and/or Services or to edit,
remove or close any posting by you for any reason, including, without limitation, any
action that Mahajan Associates, in its sole judgment, determines to be inappropriate or
disruptive to the Site, Services or to any user. If Mahajan Associates finds that you are
abusing the private message and/or email system of EducationLinked, Mahajan Associates may,
without limitation of other available remedies, suspend or terminate your account.
You acknowledge that the Site contains content that Mahajan Associates creates as well
as content provided by third parties. The foregoing prohibitions do not impose on Mahajan
Associates, and Mahajan Associates does not assume, any obligation to monitor or remove
any postings or other information or communication submitted by you or any other user.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to content that may be offensive,
indecent or objectionable or that is inaccurate, and you bear all risks associated with
using that content. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL SUBMISSIONS SUBMITTED BY YOU
OR ANY OTHER MEMBER EXPRESS THE VIEWS OF THE AUTHOR, AND MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES WILL NOT BE
HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR THE CONTENT IN SUCH SUBMISSIONS. Your access to the
Site and Services is undertaken at you own risk and Mahajan Associates is not responsible
for any offensive or otherwise objectionable materials that may be posted by any third
party. Mahajan Associates has the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content
that may, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.
Job Postings are accepted from Employers on Educationlinked.com. Educationlinked.com is
entitled to edit, delete or not accept any job posting that violates its content guidelines.
Re-Posting to partner sites: Educationlinked.com accepts job postings through Simplyhired's
jobamatic program. Simplyhired posts the job posted on Educationlinked to its partner sites.
The sites to which the jobs are posted depends on the relevancy of the job posting and is
controlled by Simplyhired only and Educationlinked does not have any control over it.
Information about our Resume Service to Employers: We provide relevant resumes from our
resume database to all our Employers who post jobs on Educationlinked.com. The resumes
are selected depending on keywords picked up from the Employers job listing. The relevancy
and the quantity of resumes that are sent to the Employers are at the sole discretion of
Mahajan Associates.
Targeted Email Alerts: Email Alerts are sent to Users who have signed up for Email Alerts on
EducationLinked.com. The User Emails are selected depending on keywords picked up from the Employers
job listing. The relevancy and the quantity of Email Alerts that are sent are at the
sole discretion of Mahajan Associates.
Refunds and Cancellations: Educationlinked.com is not liable to provide any refunds to the
Employers for Job Postings.
10. Submissions
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the information and material that you submit
to the Site (each a "Submission"), and that you, and not Mahajan Associates, will have full
responsibility for each such Submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness,
originality and copyright. Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in the Privacy
Policy, you agree that any Submission provided by you in connection with this Site is
provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis. Subject to our compliance with
our Privacy Policy, you agree that Mahajan Associates shall be free to use or disseminate
a Submission on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. If you submit information to the Site,
you grant Mahajan Associates a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to (in any media
now known or not currently known or invented) link to, utilize, use, copy, exploit, and
prepare derivative works of the Submission. No information you submit shall be deemed
confidential. However, Mahajan Associates agrees to use your information in accordance with
Mahajan Associates's Privacy Policy applicable to personally identifiable information. YOU
RETAIN OWNERSHIP OF ANY COPYRIGHTS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO ANY
INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you hereby
assign to Mahajan Associates all right, title and interest in and to any new feature that
you may suggest or submit to Mahajan Associates and you acknowledge and agree that Mahajan
Associates may use such suggestion or submission in any manner, including, without limitation,
to develop features for the Site.
You agree that any Submission by you will comply with the "General Submission & Use
Restrictions" as set forth above. Mahajan Associates reserves the right (but shall have
no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all
parts of a Submission should it determine that such Submission is in violation with any
provision of the Terms.
11. Copyright Policy.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any
copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others
without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is
the policy of Mahajan Associates to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who
repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of proper notification to
Mahajan Associates by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without
limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the
Mahajan Associates Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact
us at info@educationlinked.com, providing the following information: (i) a description of
the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (ii) a description of where the
material that you claim is infringing is located on the Mahajan Associates Services;
(iii) your address, telephone number, and email address; (iv) a written statement by you
that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright
owner, its agent, or the law; (v) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that
the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or
authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
12. Member Disputes.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other
Educationlinked.com Members. Mahajan Associates reserves the right, but has no obligation,
to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
13. Privacy.
Use of the Mahajan Associates Services is also governed by our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
14. Disclaimers.
Mahajan Associates is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
Content posted on the Educationlinked.com Website or in connection with the Mahajan
Associates Services, whether caused by Users of the Mahajan Associates Services or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Mahajan Associates Services.
Profiles created and posted by Members on the Educationlinked.com Website may contain links
to other websites. Mahajan Associates is not responsible for the Content, accuracy or
opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored
or checked for accuracy or completeness by Mahajan Associates. Inclusion of any linked
website on the Mahajan Associates Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the
linked website by Educationlinked.com. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at
your own risk. Mahajan Associates takes no responsibility for third party advertisements
which are posted on this Educationlinked.com Website or through the Mahajan Associates
Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its
advertisers. Mahajan Associates is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or
offline, of any User of the Mahajan Associates Services. Mahajan Associates assumes no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of, any User or Member communication. Mahajan Associates is not
responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any
email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any
of the Mahajan Associates Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to
Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading
materials in connection with the Mahajan Associates Services. Under no circumstances shall
Mahajan Associates be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death,
resulting from use of the Mahajan Associates Services, attendance at a Mahajan Associates
event, from any Content posted on or through the Mahajan Associates Services, or from the
conduct of any Users of the Mahajan Associates Services, whether online or offline. The
Mahajan Associates Services are provided "AS-IS" and as available and Mahajan Associates
expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Mahajan Associates cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of
the Mahajan Associates Services.
15. Limitation on Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF
MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING
ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE
WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE
AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES FOR THE MAHAJAN ASSOCIATES SERVICES DURING
THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES ARE BEING PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS"
BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MAY INCLUDE CERTAIN ERRORS,
OMISSIONS, OUTDATED INFORMATION WHICH MAY AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE

affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any
loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third
party due to or arising out of your use of the Mahajan Associates Services in violation of
this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your
representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the
Educationlinked.com Website or through the Mahajan Associates Services causes Mahajan
Associates to be liable to another.
18. Other.
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Educationlinked.com Website
or any of the Mahajan Associates Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member.
